I am really curious what everyone thinks about the Schneider Electric move to acquire PTC. Seeing that premium on is quite something, especially with how the industrial software and automation space is heating up lately. Does this signal a bigger shift toward integrated energy and digital platforms for the rest of the industry?

The premium is huge, but the strategic fit makes sense as industrial companies look to bring energy, software, and AI capabilities together.

I agree with Ethan, the convergence of energy and digital intelligence seems to be where the industry is heading. Schneider Electric is definitely making a bold move here.
