Rocket Lab just got a $397 million contract from the U.S. Space Force to build, launch, and operate new missile-tracking satellites. They are using a new stackable "Flatellite" design that fits about 16 satellites onto their new Neutron rockets. Because of their recent acquisitions to become vertically integrated, they are handling the development, launch, and orbit operations entirely in-house without paying subcontractors.
