Motley Fool recent disclosures and PayPal options recommendation

Motley Fool shared their latest stock holdings. Writer Adam Levy has positions in big tech like Alphabet, Amazon, Meta, and Microsoft. The publication itself holds those plus names like Nvidia, Tesla, and Shopify. They also recommended shorting PayPal Sept 2026 $47.50 calls.

Interesting seeing Motley Fool’s disclosures, especially the bullish exposure to Big Tech alongside the bearish PayPal options call. The PayPal trade definitely stands out, will be interesting to see if that thesis plays out.

good catch on that contrast. i'm wondering if they see more upside in alphabet and meta than they do in payments right now.

Interesting contrast between the bullish big-tech holdings and the bearish PayPal options view. The key is whether PayPal can outperform the strike by expiry and how much risk that short-call strategy carries.

i am not so sure about that bearish take on paypal though, they still have a huge user base. do you think big tech names like microsoft and amazon are just a safer bet right now?
