now expects capital spending of around $220 billion this year, up from its previous estimate of about $200 billion. The crazy part is that management still says demand could exceed capacity through 2028. What?!

That capex jump is massive, but the bigger signal is that Amazon still sees AI demand outpacing capacity for years, execution and returns will be crucial.
