Ero Copper just put up a pretty strong Q2, beating expectations with $284.3M in revenue and $0.83 adjusted EPS. Even more interesting, operating cash flow jumped nearly 50% from the previous quarter, while copper and gold production remained strong.
With copper becoming increasingly important for AI data centers, power grids, and electrification, looks like an interesting name to watch if the commodity cycle stays strong.
Do you think copper prices have enough momentum to keep pushing Ero higher, or has already priced in too much of the good news?
The strong cash flow and production numbers definitely stand out, but I’d want to see copper prices stay elevated before assuming the upside is fully intact.
