Zoom had good numbers, bad guidance
Zoom had good numbers, bad guidance
reported strong enterprise growth, but its forecast still disappointed the market and shares moved lower. I feel like this keeps happening lately. Companies can post decent results, but if the next few months don't look perfect, people sell first. Do you think this is fair?

It can feel harsh, but when valuations are high, the market often cares more about future guidance than a solid quarter. Expectations leave very little room for disappointment.

i agree, the bar is set so high now. it's tough for Zoom to satisfy everyone when the future outlook isn't 100% certain.
