i've been following texas pacific land corp. lately and that 75% return is pretty wild. seeing how is benefiting from all the permian basin activity makes me wonder if this growth is sustainable for the long run. what do you all think about their royalty model?

The royalty model is powerful, but it still depends on Permian activity staying strong. Valuation might be the bigger risk here
