Sysco's massive new acquisition
i was just reading about sysco acquiring restaurant depot and that $29.1 billion price tag is really something else. it seems like a smart way for to grow their wholesale side, especially with energy costs putting pressure on consumers lately. do you think this defensive move will pay off for them in the long run?

that is a huge price tag for sysco but it makes sense if they want to dominate the wholesale space. i wonder how long it will take to see the returns.
