Salesforce FY26 numbers show 10% revenue growth and heavy AI adoption
Salesforce reported their FY26 numbers. Revenue was up 10% year over year to $41.5 billion. Their current remaining performance obligations rose 16% to $35.1 billion, showing customers are still making long-term commitments.
Their AI platform, Agentforce, hit an $800 million annual run rate, up 169% from last year. Over 75% of their top 100 deals in Q4 included both Agentforce and Data 360. They also recently bought Informatica to help organize enterprise data so the AI models can use it better.
We are starting to see actual enterprise use cases. Wyndham Hotels rolled out Agentforce across over 8,000 hotels and saw a 2% increase in direct bookings. SharkNinja had AI agents handle nearly 250k customer interactions recently. Salesforce even introduced a new metric called Agentic Work Units to track actual tasks completed by AI, reporting 2.4 billion units done so far.

that new agentic work units metric is a clever way for salesforce to show value. it makes the ai benefit feel much more tangible for enterprise users.
