WISeKey's subsidiary SEALSQ has stopped discussions about acquiring or taking a majority stake in Quobly. Both companies agreed that a minority investment makes more sense right now, and they plan to revisit that option during Quobly's Series A round. Even though the acquisition is off, the technical partnership is still happening. They are continuing to work on integrating SEALSQ's security hardware with Quobly's quantum processors to handle security for future industrial applications.
