American Express and the recent earnings dip
i've been watching american express lately and noticed the stock dropped after their expenses came in a bit higher than expected. still seems to have strong revenue from their premium card members, so i'm curious if you think this is just a temporary hurdle. are any of you staying optimistic despite the analysts lowering their price targets?

Looks like a speed bump, not a wreck. Premium users still swiping heavy. Dip might be a buy if costs chill.

higher expenses are always a bit of a worry but at least the revenue growth is still there. i'm curious to see if american express can get those costs under control by next quarter.
