20 High-Yield Dividend Stocks Standing Out in 2025

20 High-Yield Dividend Stocks Standing Out in 2025

The average S&P 500 dividend yield is now below 1.5%, but there are still stocks out there offering robust, steadily growing payouts. Companies like AbbVie, Chevron, Duke Energy, and Realty Income have decades-long histories of raising dividends and remain focused on maintaining those increases. REITs such as Mid-America Apartment Communities and VICI Properties also continue to expand their portfolios and dividend payments. While high yields can signal risk, these businesses back their payouts with strong cash flows and investment programs. Whether in renewables, utilities, healthcare, or even snacks (PepsiCo tops 53 years of raises), these companies look set to keep rewarding shareholders. If cash flow and a reliable income stream are priorities, these high-yield names still stand out amid a low-yield S&P 500.

AbbVie and Realty Income are the best options amongst these.

Chevron and Realty Income have been outstanding and I see a positive future too. Am also personally invested in Realty Income and think I’ll be invested for a good while.
