Does anyone invest in preferred stocks? If so, any recommendations?
I'm watching right now. It's a guaranteed dividend and is just over a 6% yield right now, seems like a really good time to buy.

when's the expected divident date? how long do we have to hold the stock to be eligible?

Next dividend will be later this month, they pay quarterly though. I will just need to buy before the next ex-dividend date, which hasn't happened, so I'd get my first dividend within a couple weeks if I buy now
