surged about 44% after Copart agreed to acquire the company for roughly $1.9 billion. That's the kind of single day move that makes you wish you had noticed the company before the deal was announced. Well, nothing we can do now. :(

That’s the frustrating part of M&A, you can be right about the company and still miss the big payday if the deal comes out of nowhere.
