Chinese AI competition is putting chip stocks back under the microscope
, , and are getting fresh attention as Chinese AI models continue to raise questions about competition, compute demand, and the future of the global AI hardware market. The interesting part is that cheaper AI models could actually drive more adoption and increase demand for chips and memory over time.Do you think Chinese AI competition is a threat to these stocks, or could it ultimately make the AI market even bigger?

Chinese AI competition could pressure pricing, but cheaper models may also expand AI adoption and ultimately drive even more demand for compute and memory.

that's a really good point about the cheaper models. if it makes ai more accessible, then companies like advanced micro devices should see a nice boost in volume.
