Millennium Management doubled their stakes in AbbVie and Costco
Millennium Management more than doubled its stakes in AbbVie and Costco during Q2.
AbbVie's Q2 revenue grew 10.2% to $17 billion, heavily driven by its immunology drugs Skyrizi and Rinvoq. The company is also building its pipeline, including a monthly weight-loss candidate and a recent $10.9 billion acquisition for a new dermatitis drug. They maintain a strong dividend history with over 50 years of payout increases.
Costco is navigating some macro headwinds and remains expensive at 40.8x forward earnings. However, their latest quarter showed solid results with revenue up 11.6% to $70.5 billion and EPS up 15%. The subscription model continues to drive reliable revenue, and they have raised dividends for 22 consecutive years.

AbbVie’s growth and dividend track record stand out, while Costco’s strong execution is impressive despite its premium valuation.

AbbVie has a nice balance of growth and income, while Costco’s execution is hard to ignore even with that premium valuation.
