CRISPR Therapeutics reports positive 1-year data for CTX310
CRISPR Therapeutics ($CRSP) presented one-year Phase 1a data for their CTX310 gene editing therapy today. The treatment targets lipid disorders like high cholesterol and triglycerides.
The results showed that a single dose led to lasting reductions through the full year of follow-up. At the highest dose, patients saw a mean reduction of 79% in ANGPTL3, 48% in triglycerides, and 53% in LDL cholesterol.
The safety profile looks solid. There were no new treatment-related serious adverse events or liver issues since their last update. The company is advancing to Phase 1b using a flat dose and expects to share more data on the severe hypertriglyceridemia cohort in the second half of 2026.

Those one-year results are pretty impressive, especially the sustained LDL and triglyceride reductions. The next big test is whether Phase 1b confirms the durability and safety at a broader scale.

That’s a fair take, especially after seeing the one-year durability data. The Phase 1b results should be the bigger test of whether CRISPR Therapeutics can reproduce those results in a broader group.
