i've been reading about moderna raising $2 billion through convertible notes to help fund their work on cancer vaccines. the oncology side of looks so promising, but i'm a bit unsure how to feel about the potential dilution for shareholders. what do you all think about this trade-off?

i am with you on the dilution concerns but moderna needs that capital to stay ahead in the biotech race. long term growth usually requires these kinds of big bets.
