$CHWY: Is the Market Missing Something Here?
Been seeing more discussion around lately.
The company has little to no debt, generates solid cash flow, and seems to have built a pretty loyal customer base through subscriptions and convenience. Compared to a lot of retailers dealing with debt and slowing growth, Chewy looks a bit different.
Some people even think it could be an acquisition target down the road.
What am I missing here? Does the current valuation make sense, or is the market being too pessimistic?
definitely has an interesting setup with its strong customer base, cash position, and subscription model. The big question is whether it can keep growing margins and expand profitability in a competitive retail space. If execution stays strong, the market may be underestimating its potential.

the pet industry usually stays strong even in a recession. chewy seems like a safe bet compared to other retail sectors right now.
