Enphase opens pre-orders for new 770W commercial microinverter
Enphase (ENPH) opened U.S. pre-orders for their new IQ9S-3P commercial microinverter. It uses gallium nitride tech and supports high-wattage solar panels up to 770W.
The main update is that it connects directly to 480V three-phase grids without needing external transformers. They are manufacturing these in the U.S., which means commercial projects using them might qualify for domestic content bonus tax credits.
Production shipments are expected to start in June 2026. The company noted that pre-ordering now lets buyers secure equipment ahead of upcoming federal tax credit deadlines.

Enphase pushing into commercial solar could be a smart move, domestic manufacturing and tax credit incentives are becoming a big advantage right now.
