Salesforce looks like it found a real growth angle with AI, especially for smaller businesses trying to automate workflows without huge IT teams. The hype is there, but adoption numbers are starting to back it up too.

I think Salesforce might actually have a real edge here. Most smaller businesses just want simple AI tools that fit into workflows they already use. Still some hype for sure, but long term it feels more legit than people think.
