RadNet announced today they are acquiring Gleamer, a Paris-based AI company, in an all-cash deal valued up to €230 million. Gleamer specializes in AI for routine imaging like X-rays and mammography. The plan is to integrate Gleamer into RadNet's DeepHealth subsidiary. RadNet expects this to improve productivity, specifically in X-ray workflows which make up 25% of their imaging volume. They are projecting the combined division's annual recurring revenue to hit $140 million by the end of 2026.
