Mirum just put out their full year numbers for 2025. Revenue came in at $521M, up quite a bit from $336M the year before. Livmarli is doing most of the work here with $360M in sales, growing 69% year over year. They're guiding for $630M to $650M in revenue for 2026. The net loss narrowed significantly to $23M compared to an $88M loss last year. Cash position sits at $391M. Management highlighted a few catalysts coming up. They expect topline data from the VISTAS study in Q2 2026 and results from their HDV studies in the second half of the year.
