Is Amazon’s diversification good for the company?
is in retail, logistics, cloud, advertising, and infrastructure. Is this diversification good for the company or just makes things super complex? What are your two cents on this matter?

it definitely adds a lot of complexity, but amazon seems to manage it better than most. their cloud business really provides the cash flow they need to experiment elsewhere.
