What are your thoughts on Equity Residential?
yields around 4% and has always generated steady rental income but the recent rising interests might be killing most of the profits. Do you think it's a good time to exit out of the stock?

that 4% yield is nice but i get the worry about the debt costs for a company like equity residential. it's a tough call if you're looking for growth right now.
