Unity's revenue has kinda stalled in my opinion
's revenue has stalled and the company's costs are still quite high. Do you think it is cyclic or there's been a shift in the game dev community and people are shifting to Unreal engine instead?

Feels like a mix. Gaming budgets have been tighter, but Unreal has clearly gained share at the high end. For , the real question is whether they can stabilise monetisation and rebuild trust with devs, which will matter more than short-term cycles.

a lot of my friends in development are moving to Unreal Engine because it feels more stable for high-end projects right now.
