International Business Machines recent dip
it's pretty surprising to see the software segment slowing down while consulting stays so strong. definitely felt the pressure today and it dragged the dow lower with it. do you think this is just a temporary hurdle or a sign of a bigger shift?

that's a pretty big dip for the dow to handle. i'm curious if anyone here thinks International Business Machines is a buy at these lower prices or if it's better to wait.
