Citi CEO says market drop over Greenland tariffs won't last
Jane Fraser was on CNBC discussing the market drop from Tuesday. She thinks the move away from US assets is temporary and expects money to flow back in soon.
Her view is that despite the geopolitical noise about Greenland and tariffs, the US consumer is strong and companies know how to navigate this stuff. She basically asked where else investors are going to go.
Wedbush also put out a note saying the tariff threats are likely just negotiation tactics and the actual impact won't be as bad as the headlines.

i hope the team at wedbush is right about this just being a negotiation tactic. it feels like a lot of noise, but the uncertainty is definitely keeping me on my toes today.
