Markets rebound as Greenland tensions cool, INTC and AMD rally
Markets recovered Wednesday after Trump ruled out using force in Greenland and cancelled planned tariffs on NATO allies. The S&P 500, Nasdaq, and Dow all jumped about 1.3%.
Chipmakers led the way with Intel up 11% and AMD rising 8%. Sandisk also hit a new intraday record. Most of the Magnificent Seven were green, though Microsoft sat this one out.
Kraft Heinz dropped 6% after news that Berkshire Hathaway might sell up to 325 million shares. Netflix also slid 2.5% following its earnings report.
Gold got close to $4,900 before pulling back slightly. All eyes are on the PCE inflation report coming out tomorrow.

Relief rally vibes. Chips went beast mode once the geopolitical noise cooled off, but this feels more like risk-on whiplash than a full trend shift. PCE tomorrow decides if this bounce has legs or fades fast.
