Old Republic International just declared a special dividend of $2.50 per share. It's set to pay out in Jan 2026 and is their biggest one yet. They also bumped the regular dividend for the 44th year in a row. Q3 net income was down at $279.5M, but operating income went up to $196.7M. Piper Sandler raised their target to $51.
