Nokia has lagged the market recently but might be setting up for a move. Nvidia announced plans to invest $1 billion into the company for AI mobile networks. The stock spiked to $8.19 on the news but has since pulled back to around $6.20. Analysts are projecting 25% earnings growth in 2026. It currently trades at a forward P/E of 13, significantly lower than other AI networking stocks trading at 30x. If the valuation expands, the price could climb above $10.
