AEHR receives $5.5M in new orders, Q3 volume already beats Q2
AEHR picked up over $5.5 million in orders for their Sonoma burn-in systems so far in fiscal Q3. This volume already beats their total orders for the entire second quarter. The orders are coming from a large Bay Area lab and various AI companies to test high-power chips like GPUs and networking processors.
The CEO mentioned that demand for package-level burn-in on these high-power devices is accelerating. They also introduced a fully automated version of the Sonoma system that lets customers move from initial qualification to volume production without having to swap out hardware or software.

it's encouraging to see smaller players in the semiconductor space picking up steam like this. Aehr Test Systems seems to be finding a nice niche with these ai companies.
