Vertiv finalized their acquisition of PurgeRite today for around $1 billion. PurgeRite handles liquid cooling maintenance like flushing and filtration, which is becoming a bigger deal for AI data centers. Vertiv thinks this adds a key piece to their thermal management services since high-performance computing needs clean fluid loops to run efficiently.
