Motley Fool suggests rotating into these 10 small-cap AI stocks

The Motley Fool released a write-up arguing that AI megacaps like Nvidia and Microsoft are potentially overpriced. They suggest looking at a diversified basket of smaller, focused companies to capture growth in specific sectors like robotics, biotech, and enterprise software. Here are the 10 stocks they highlighted: * **SoundHound AI (SOUN)**: Voice AI for cars and service. * **Symbotic (SYM)**: Warehouse robotics and logistics. * **UiPath (PATH)**: Enterprise workflow automation. * **C3.ai (AI)**: Enterprise analytics platform. * **BigBear.ai (BBAI)**: Defense and intelligence tools. * **Upstart (UPST)**: AI lending. They noted revenue jumped 71% in Q3. * **Palantir (PLTR)**: Data analytics for government/enterprise. * **Absci (ABSI) & Recursion (RXRX)**: AI for drug discovery. * **Cellebrite (CLBT)**: Digital forensics. The main thesis is that owning exposure across multiple verticals might offer better upside than sticking with the tech titans right now.

C3.ai and bigbear.ai are two I can get behind: don't know much about the others. For the small caps AI is still not fully trustworthy tbh.

While AI is definitely the hottest right now: I don't think I would be as confident in small caps: at least not all of them.
