So we got and , right? But what about some other solid stocks like that in totally different industries?

Tryna find some good ones for like, farmland or other sectors to help diversify my portfolio.

Like how is a good one for healthcare and senior living.

I was thinking and too, but what else is out there that's like them? Just wanna balance out the risk a little.

Union Pacific (UNP) – Railroad play, moderate yield (~2%) but great long-term consistency.
