$DX just announced a $0.17 per share monthly dividend for August. This is quite impressive as they are maintaining their high forward yield despite sector volatility at the moment. Also, the payment is scheduled for early September with record date in late August. This definitely reflects the REIT’s commitment to monthly income distributions.
